Designed to help your kick fit the key of your track. Adjustable A4 reference tuning lets you work beyond the standard 440 Hz.
With a short DECAY, the sound may end before it settles on the target pitch. Large pitch changes also affect the length and attack.
Yes. These 12 notes, from C1 through B1, were rendered by the development engine, with A4 at 440 Hz, FINE at 0, DECAY at 90 and TONE at 0. All 12 use the same gain adjustment and are converted to 16-bit PCM for web playback. The sound and specifications may change before release.
We are developing a standalone Mac app. Preview a kick in the app, export a WAV, then use it in your DAW or sampler.
The current development build exports 48 kHz mono, 32-bit float WAV files. Final export formats and system requirements will be published before release. Some hardware samplers require conversion to a different format.
This is independent software from jazcrafts, built around 808-style character and direct pitch selection. We do not promise an exact match to any particular hardware unit.
