Payment & delivery

We plan to sell 1200 CONVERTER as a downloadable Mac app through Lemon Squeezy. You will make one payment at checkout, with no recurring subscription. Once payment is complete, you will receive access to the app download.

The planned launch price is US$29 through October 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM Japan Standard Time (UTC+9). The planned price from October 21 is US$39. Any applicable taxes and the final amount will be displayed before you pay. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges.

Delivery is digital; no physical product is shipped. You will need an internet connection to download the app. Supported systems and audio formats will be listed before purchase becomes available.

Your license & use of the app

The developer and planned licensor is unprivate co., Ltd. The app is licensed, not sold as intellectual property. The planned license is non-exclusive and for one person using up to two Macs that they personally own. It covers Mac version 1.x, including v1.x updates. You can continue using the purchased version. Future major versions may be sold separately.

Activate once with your purchase email and license key. Initial activation requires an internet connection on each Mac. After activation, you can use the app offline without a time limit. No separate app-account password is required, and normal use does not require entering the key again. When connected, the app can verify that the license remains valid.

Use License → Deactivate this Mac to free a slot before moving to another Mac. Contact support if the old Mac is unavailable. Keep your purchase email and order number. The release activation and delivery flow is undergoing final testing; sales are not open yet.

The app and its private download links may not be shared, redistributed, rented, or resold, except where applicable law permits. Team or shared use requires a separate agreement.

You keep your rights to your source audio and converted output. You may use the output in commercial music when you have the necessary rights to the source material. The software does not grant rights to third-party recordings or sample libraries.

Requirements, updates and your rights

Use the app with the systems and formats listed as supported at purchase. Compatibility with unlisted samplers or future operating systems is not promised. Check the current development specifications; final requirements will be confirmed before sales open.

Updates within v1.x are included, and the purchased version can continue to be used without a recurring subscription. This does not promise compatibility with every future macOS release. Keep backups of important source audio.

The terms shown at purchase apply to that purchase. Changes for future purchases will be dated on this page. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Payment-provider terms also apply to checkout and payment; they do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

14-day refund policy

For the first release, we plan to offer a full refund requested within 14 days of purchase. Email support@jazcrafts.com with your order number or purchasing email address so we can locate the order. You will not need to send audio files or prove a fault to qualify.

Refunds will be processed through the payment provider to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and your bank. Once the purchase is refunded, its license ends and you must stop using and remove the app supplied under that purchase.

This policy is additional to any rights you have under applicable law. It does not limit consumer remedies or the payment provider’s refund obligations.
